CHAMPSS is a non-profit foundation sponsored by Self-Help for the Elderly in partnership with the Santa Clara County Senior Nutrition Program and a variety of local small businesses. To support the program, we ask for a suggested contribution of $5.00 or more per meal. Participants’ contributions help towards the cost of the meal. However, eligible individuals shall not be denied of meals due to their inability to contribute.
No cash or check transactions will be permitted at the restaurant.
